About

Michael Delp and Jennifer Felke are the Co-Directors of the Weidner School of Inquiry @PHS.  WSOI is a small learning community within Plymouth High School in Plymouth, Indiana.  Michael and Jennifer are excited to have the opportunity to model the team leadership approach that we expect our learners to model.  Our journey to Co-Directorship is one that manifested itself into a serious of "next lights". The intent of this blog is to document this continued journey of leading and learning.

Michael has been with Plymouth High School, his alma mater, since he started his teaching career, 15 years ago.  He has a BS in secondary education with a major in mathematics and a junior high endorsement. Michael is currently finishing his Masters degree with Indiana Wesleyan University. Michael's family includes his wife and a daughter and son who are in elementary school.

Jennifer has been in the education field for 5 years after spending over 15 years in business. She has a BA in Economics from DePauw University,  CTE Vocational License from Indiana State University, and a Masters degree in Education from Bethel College. Jennifer's family includes her husband and three sons, two who are in high school and one who is a sophomore at DePauw University.
